Painting is the last trade on most renovations and the most common standalone job the company is asked for. Interior repaints of villas and apartments, full exterior repaints including boundary walls, and office painting — with the preparation done properly so the finish lasts through the summer.
What the job includes
- Moving and covering furniture; masking floors and fittings
- Filling cracks and holes, sanding, and treating damp or salt-affected areas
- Primer or sealer coat appropriate to the surface
- Two finish coats in the chosen sheen — matt, eggshell, or exterior weathershield
- Ceilings, doors, frames, railings and boundary walls
- Access equipment for two-storey exteriors

Is exterior painting possible in summer?
Yes. Work starts early, walls are painted out of direct sun where possible, and exterior-grade paint is used. The schedule is planned around the heat rather than the calendar.
Do you paint over wallpaper?
Usually the wallpaper is removed and the wall skimmed, because painting over paper tends to lift it. If removal is impractical we will say so on the site visit.
