How the company works
The company runs its own crews across flooring, ceilings, partitions, painting and finishing, with AC, plumbing and electrical works carried out alongside. Most jobs involve more than one of those, and the point of one contractor is one programme and one person to call.
Work is split between residential — villas, apartments, extensions, bathrooms and kitchens — and commercial: office fit-outs, shops, restaurants, warehouses and their yards. Recent sites include Business Bay, Dubai Investment Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Jafza, Victory Heights and Al Khawaneej, with regular work in Sharjah and Ajman.
Where external work needs a No Objection Certificate — interlock outside the plot line, access alterations — the company prepares and submits the RTA, Dubai Municipality and utility applications as part of the job.
Quotations come with a written scope. Materials can be supplied by the company or installed from the client's own selection, and the quotation shows which is which.
