Carpet tiles are the working floor of most Dubai offices: quiet underfoot, quick to lay, and easy to replace one tile at a time when a section is stained. The company supplies and installs them as part of office fit-outs and as standalone floor replacements in occupied offices.

- Lifting old carpet or tiles and removing adhesive residue
- Levelling and priming the screed
- Tackifier or loose-lay installation in monolithic, quarter-turn or ashlar patterns

Can carpet tiles be replaced while the office is working?
Yes. Work is planned area by area, often after hours, so desks are moved and put back the same day. Recent office jobs were done this way.
Why carpet tiles rather than broadloom carpet?
Individual tiles can be lifted for access to floor boxes and replaced when damaged. Broadloom needs seams and a full replacement when a patch is ruined.
