How long does an office glass partition take?
Measurement first, then glass is ordered and toughened, then installation, which for a typical office of a few rooms takes a day or two on site. The lead time for glass is the longest part and is set out in the quotation.
Can glass partitions be fitted in an occupied office?
Yes, and most are. Panels are brought in and fitted room by room, with the area cleaned before staff return.
Do you do glass block walls?
Yes — straight and curved glass block walls have been built recently in a hotel and in offices, including the structural framing they sit in.
Do you supply the glass and aluminium, or only install?
Both. Glass is ordered to site measurements and toughened; aluminium sections and hardware are supplied with it. Installation-only is possible where a client already has materials.
Can you remove an existing partition first?
Yes. Old gypsum or glass partitions are dismantled and removed, floors and ceilings made good, and the new layout set out from there.
Do I need building approval for office partitions?
Most towers require a fit-out permit for partition work, usually with a drawing and the contractor's documents. The company prepares what the building asks for.
