Gypsum partitions in Dubai
Gypsum partitions are the fastest way to create rooms — offices, meeting rooms, store rooms, an extra bedroom in a villa — without wet trades. Metal studs, gypsum board and insulation go up in days, and the wall takes paint, wallpaper, panelling or tiles like a solid wall.
What the job includes
- Setting out and fixing floor and head tracks
- Metal stud framing at the spacing the board and height require
- Rockwool or glasswool insulation for sound and heat
- Single or double-layer boarding; moisture-resistant board in wet areas
- Door frames, and conduit and boxes for switches and sockets built in
- Jointing, sanding, priming and painting
What changes the quotation

Yes, with plywood or additional studs added behind the board where the load will be. We ask where fixings will go before boarding.
Can a gypsum wall go into a rented office and be removed later?
Yes. It is the usual choice for tenancies because it can be dismantled at the end of the lease with minimal damage to the base build.
