Electrical work
Wiring alterations, DB work, lighting and power points.

Supply and waste alterations, sanitary fixing, leak repairs.

Ducting alterations, grilles and FCU work during fit-out.
How the work is done
Method
Technical works are usually carried out as part of a fit-out or renovation, and some external work needs a No Objection Certificate before it can start.

Identify what needs approval
Work outside the plot line — interlock, kerbs, access — usually needs RTA, Dubai Municipality or utility NOCs.

Prepare and submit
Drawings and forms prepared and submitted to the relevant authority on the client's behalf.

First fix during build
Electrical, plumbing and AC alterations done while ceilings and walls are open.

Test and second fix
Circuits, supply and drainage tested; fittings, grilles and fixtures installed.

Close out
Approval inspections attended where required and paperwork handed to the client.
