Gypsum false ceilings in Dubai
A gypsum false ceiling hides services, carries lighting and shapes the room. The company builds plain suspended ceilings, stepped and coved designs with concealed LED strip, bulkheads over kitchens and wardrobes, and curtain pelmets — from framing to the final coat of paint.
What the job includes

Questions we get asked
How much ceiling height is lost with a false ceiling?
A plain suspended ceiling typically drops the level by around 100–150 mm; coves and bulkheads add to that locally. Where height is tight, a partial bulkhead or a perimeter cove keeps the centre of the room high.
Can you do the electrical for the cove lighting as well?
Yes. Wiring for downlights and LED strip is run while the framing is open, so there is one crew and one visit rather than two contractors.
Do you repair water-damaged ceilings?
Yes. Stained or sagging boards are cut out and replaced, the framing checked, and the area re-jointed and painted to match.
